Sloppy Joe Wonton Cups

ground turkey (93%/7%)

ketchup

brown sugar

Tbsp
yellow mustard
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1/4
tsp
black pepper
1
Tbsp
chopped red pepper (garnish)

Tbsp
chopped orange pepper (garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Spray a muffin pan with olive oil cooking spray
Gently place one wonton wrapper in each muffin slot in the muffin pan
Bake the wonton wrappers on 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes
While they're baking, brown the ground turkey (or beef) in a nonstick skillet or cast iron skillet
Add the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder and black pepper and cook on medium heat, stirring frequently, until the meat sauce becomes thick
Let the wonton "cups" cool for several minutes
Fill the wonton cups (while still in pan) with the meat sauce mixture
Top with the diced red onion and diced orange bell pepper
Remove from the pan, serve and enjoy!
