Whole30 Dinner Plan Week Three! By week three in the Whole30 journey, most people are feeling better than they did during weeks one and two … but they typically hit a day (or three) when they get sick of their kitchen and all the meals they’ve made or tried. That happened to me at week two, and I’ve found that mixing up my meal plan with new recipes plus some fast and easy ones helped a lot.
Whole30 Dinner Plan Week Three
So this week, I’m mixing it up more. You’ll find one recipe that uses jarred food (gasp!), one for leftovers and even a steak recipe, which is rare on my blog, but I needed a change. I figured you might too. Feel free to pick and choose between my Week One, Week Two and Week Three ideas — this is YOUR journey, and these meal ideas and recipes are here to help you. Happy cooking – and eating … whether you’re on Whole30, paleo, keto or simply looking for healthier or new healthy recipes.
Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti
Don’t let this large vegetable intimidate you like I did for years. One spaghetti squash yields enough for this recipe PLUS the second one below (yay for leftovers!)
Spaghetti Squash Zucchini “Lasagna”
What to do with your leftover spaghetti squash? I’ve got ya covered!
Veggie-Infused Turkey Burgers
This versatile recipe can be used to make turkey patties (large or small), meatballs or meatloaf. These babies are my Whole30 saving grace! I eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner (not usually in the same day … but there was that one day …).
Chimichurri Skillet Steak
This sauce. With steak. Mmmmm. ….
Vegan Whole30 Tomato Basil Soup
The comfort of soup. Need I say more? Except it’s hard to find a tomato soup without sugar, but I’ve got you covered with this recipe!
Pan Seared Pork Chops with Mojo Sauce
Oh this sauce …
Salmon En Papillote Dinner
This recipe was created by my friend and fellow food blogger, The Food Hussy. This recipe is Whole30 compliant, as long as you leave out the yogurt sauce to serve on top.
