I’m going Whole30 starting January 2, with my young adult daughter as my Whole30 buddy. I typically eat relatively clean, but since starting my blog in 2017, I’ve been more liberal with desserts and dining out choices, and my body is telling me it’s time to reel it back in. I know a lot of us are turning over a new leaf in the new year, so I’ll be sharing a Whole30 Weekly Meal Plan over the next month (or more) that is Whole30-compliant (and paleo). Many of the dishes will meet the needs for other low carb eating plans as well. Here is my Whole30 Dinner Plan Week One for you …
One of my strategies for staying on course is to not step foot (if I can help it) in a grocery store! How? By using a grocery store delivery service. I’ve tried a couple and didn’t love them. A friend of mine kept telling me about Shipt last year … and I finally signed up before the holidays. This one, I love! You pay an annual fee ($49 for the first year if you click this link!), and you can get all your groceries delivered for free as long as you spend $35 per order. Not only does it save me a ton of time, but it also saves me money. I’m like a kid in a candy store at a grocery store, and I know I’ll save way more than $49 over a year by not going to the store! Also, it will stop me from impulse purchases that will take me off track from my healthy eating goals.
