Ingredients

pound
dry navy beans
2-3
ham hocks
1
large carrot, diced into small pieces
1/2
large yellow onion, diced
1
clove garlic (minced)
4
cups
vegetable broth
1
cup
water
1/2
tsp
sea salt
1/2
tsp
black pepper
1/2
tsp
paprika
1/4
tsp
garlic powder
Instructions
Wash and drain the beans in a colander
Add all of the ingredients to the Instant Pot
Make sure vent is set to sealing
Press Manual, make sure it’s on high, then set timer for 30 minutes
Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then switch to venting
