Put all of the ingredients in your bread machine, in the order listed above.
Press start on your dough program. Check the dough half-way through. If it’s too wet/sticky, add 1-2 Tbsps of flour.
When the dough program is complete, pull the dough out and place into an oiled bowl; cover with a clean towel and place in a warm place. Let sit for 50-60 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
Punch the dough down.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out into a rectangle about 12 x 18.
Cut the dough into 2 pieces; roll up tightly, pounding out bubbles.
Place the 2 pieces on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Cut slits into the dough, about every 2 inches.
Cover the cookie sheet with a dry cloth and let sit for approximately 40 minutes (or until doubled in bulk)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bake 18-22 minutes, flipping each loaf about half-way through. Each side should be golden brown.
Break off a piece, spread some butter on it and enjoy!
