Easy Gnocchi with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Spinach and Bacon

Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil
  2. While water is boiling, gather your ingredients, open the package of gnocchi, open the jar of julienne cut sun dried tomatoes, cook your 3 pieces of pre-cooked bacon in the microwave and grate the cheese.
  3. When the water is boiling, put the gnocchi in the pot and boil for 2-3 minutes (or until the gnocchi floats to the top of the water)
  4. Drain the gnocchi in a colander and then put it back in the pot. Add all the ingredients to the pot, stir and dish out. Enjoy!
