Dark Chocolate Peppermint Popcorn Bark
Be the dessert hero at your holiday party or family gathering with this really easy and amazingly delicious Dark Chocolate Peppermint Popcorn Bark!

Ingredients

canola oil

cups
dark chocolate melting wafers or chips (like Ghiradella dark melting wafers or dairy-free Enjoy Life Mega Chunks)
2
cups
mini pretzels broken into pieces until you have 1 cup (don’t smash them into dust!)
2
cups
Chunky Monkey peppermint bark popcorn (or similar popcorn mix)
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate wafers
Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper; coat the parchment paper with canola oil
Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 minutes
Top with mini pretzels broken into pieces
Top with Funky Chunky peppermint popcorn
Gently press down the pretzels and popcorn into the top of the chocolate
Chill in the refrigerator until solid
Break into pieces and ENJOY!
