Dark Chocolate Peppermint Popcorn Bark
Be the dessert hero at your holiday party or family gathering with this really easy and amazingly delicious Dark Chocolate Peppermint Popcorn Bark!
Instructions
  1. Melt the dark chocolate wafers
  2. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper; coat the parchment paper with canola oil
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 minutes
  4. Top with mini pretzels broken into pieces
  5. Top with Funky Chunky peppermint popcorn
  6. Gently press down the pretzels and popcorn into the top of the chocolate
  7. Chill in the refrigerator until solid
  8. Break into pieces and ENJOY!
