Looking for a refreshing cocktail or one to help you escape the winter doldrums? You’ll love this Cranberry Grapefruit Fizz cocktail recipe!
Grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, vodka, lemon juice and seltzer water combine to create this delicious cocktail.
The recipe was inspired by a friend’s “mocktail” at a local restaurant. One sip had me wishing I had ordered the same … and then made me think: this would be really good with some vodka.
Of course, I had to go home and try to recreate the drink!
I’m usually a gin girl, as you know, but this flavor combo spoke to me and said vodka would be the best match with it.
That’s not to say you couldn’t use gin or tequila if you don’t like vodka or happened to not have any in the house. Truth be told, I’ve made this with gin and plan to try tequila soon. So you can’t go wrong with any of them (one at a time).
I love this Cranberry Grapefruit Fizz any time of year. It’s refreshing in the summer, and it takes me away during the doldrums of winter.
Pin it/save it and make it sometime soon!
