Caramel Corn Popcorn Balls
This Halloween, bring back old-fashioned homemade popcorn balls, with a twist. These gourmet caramel corn popcorn balls, complete with nuts and candy, will satisfy the kid in all of us! Trick or treat, you can give them something good to eat!

Ingredients
4
cups
gourmet caramel corn (I used Funky Chunky caramel corn)
2 1/2
cups
mini marshmallows
2
Tbsp
butter
1/4
cup
Reese’s Pieces candy (or other festive candy of your choice)
Instructions
Melt the butter and marshmallows in a pan on medium heat on the stove, stirring constantly.
Stir in the gourmet caramel corn.
Let cool slightly before adding the candy, so it doesn’t melt. Stir.
Grease a 9×13 baking dish
Grease your hands (the more they’re greased, the easier these are to make)
Form the mixture into balls with your hands and place in greased baking dish. Let cool and then serve (I put them in the refrigerator for an hour)
