I’m going Whole30 starting January 2, with my young adult daughter as my Whole30 buddy. I typically eat relatively clean, but since starting my blog in 2017, I’ve been more liberal with desserts and dining out choices, and my body is telling me it’s time to reel it back in. I know a lot of us are turning over a new leaf in the new year, so I’ll be sharing a Whole30 Weekly Meal Plan over the next month (or more) that is Whole30-compliant (and paleo).
